Policies and Terms of Use
By booking time at Phoenix Golf Lounge, you agree to the following policies:
1. No Outside Food or Beverages
Outside food, alcohol, or beverages are not permitted in the facility. Water and approved drinks may be purchased on-site.
2. Booking & No-Refund Policy
• All simulator reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed, late, or canceled reservations, regardless of the reason. Please ensure you arrive on time for your booking.
3. Late Arrivals
• Reservations begin and end at the scheduled times.
• If you arrive late, you will only have access to the remaining time in your booking. Time cannot be extended.
4. Code of Conduct
• All guests must conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the facility.
• Aggressive behavior, intoxication, or misuse of equipment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
5. Damage to Equipment or Facility
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow staff instructions or posted rules.
6. Age & Supervision
• Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors in the facility.
7. Personal Belongings
Phoenix Golf Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
8. Acknowledgment
By booking and/or entering Phoenix Golf Lounge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
